About IBH Addiction Recovery – Main Campus

The main campus of IBH Addiction Recovery is located in Akron, Ohio. Here, residential addiction treatment is available for both adult men and women. They do accept Medicaid. If you are a Summit County resident, then you will be able to receive financial assistance. They provide financial assistance by offering a sliding scale fee. If you don’t meet the requirements for financial assistance, you will be offered an affordable private pay option.

With residential treatment, you live on campus 24/7 with staff support. You will attend about 30 hours of treatment per week. The services they offer are case management, educational programming, individual and group counseling.

Men and women will be housed separately. The room situation will differ as they have dorm style, semi private and private bedrooms.

I like all the amenities that are available to you. You are able to take a nice walk on their walking path. There is a pond, pavilions, picnic tables and even a garden. They also have a recreation facility with fitness equipment and you can do yoga. You can choose if you would like to include spirituality into your treatment. They have a community chapel and a spiritual care counselor.

If you are struggling with a co-occurring disorder the psychiatrist on staff will be able to assist you. If needed, you will also have access to their laboratory, pharmacy and drug screening services. Once you complete the program, you will be able to continue your care with the outpatient services that are offered at their other location.

The organization is CARF accredited. They are also licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
