Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers Behavioral Health Services is a location of People’s Health Centers, located in St. Louis, Missouri. This center has been Incorporated as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) since 1979. They provide comprehensive mental health services to children and adults in the northern and central parts of the city of St. Louis. We like that they have a crisis bed and mobile outreach program and are available 24 hours per day.
