About High Plains Mental Health Center

Located in Colby, Kansas, High Plains Mental Health Center is a licensed community behavioral health clinic. The mobile crisis team is available 24 hours a day and can deliver crisis intervention and safety planning via telephone or in person. The goal of crisis care is to reduce hospitalizations and utilize other resources.

High Plains is the only regional provider for community based support services. Team members provide these services out in the community where people live, work and play. This could include case management, respite care, family support, and psychosocial rehab.
