Heartland Counseling and Consulting Clinic in North Platte, Nebraska is one of a few CARF-accredited Region II Human Services-owned locations in the state. This particular clinic provides mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families of all ages. Clients may also receive medication management services whether they attend counseling sessions or not though combining the two is recommended.
They also provide a specialized initiative known as the Arm in Arm program. Designed especially for pregnant or parenting women with SUD, it provides treatment and education as well as access to childcare and medical services. Each woman is treated per her individual needs and goals and given access to resources to improve their quality of life and strengthen her ability to cope independently without falling back on addictive substances.
