About Grace Home

Grace Home is located in Santee, South Carolina, and is operated by Hebron Colony Ministries. They are a faith-based residential recovery program for women who are at least 20 years of age and older and who are seeking help for substance use disorders. Even though they utilize Christ-centered methodology, anybody is welcome to attend their program if they qualify for treatment.

Something I like about Grace Home is that their location offers a very serene and rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. This provides the right atmosphere for you to heal and reflect.

Completely Free Care

Another really cool thing I noticed is that they offer all this treatment completely free. That's right, if you fit the criteria and are accepted into the program, you don't have to worry at all about paying for your treatment. I find this to be a really generous gesture and extremely beneficial to the community. There is, however, a small refundable medical fee that you'd be paying. But again, this is completely refundable, so essentially, the program is still free.

Faith-Based Recovery Program

The duration of this program is 13 weeks, which is a good amount of time to learn from their services and receive therapy so that you are ready to reintegrate back into society by the end of the program. Their Grace Home has the capacity to accommodate up to 16 women during each program cycle.

What you can expect from this program is integrated Bible study sessions, individual therapy and community support to address your addiction. So, if you don't find yourself to be Christian or religious in any way, keep in mind that this is the kind of therapy you'd be receiving, and as their resident, it would be essential for you to keep an open mind about that.
