About Frederick Rescue Mission

Here, you’ll be supported by an organization that is committed to your wellbeing and success. Throughout their Changed Life Recovery program, you’ll have access to services that will allow you to start your journey to recovery on the right foot.

This recovery program will empower you to develop healthy habits that can lead you to a future of sobriety. This is a year long program. The first six months are dedicated to helping you move away from your addiction and move closer to a Christ centered life.

You’ll work with a compassionate care team who will help you develop critical skills. These skills include being able to identify your triggers and manage stressful emotions when they arise. You’ll also learn strategies and techniques that will pull you away from the destructive behaviors that have led to your substance use.

You’ll engage in fellowship with mentors and others. This will allow you to build a network of support you can lean on when you encounter difficult points in your recovery.
