About Faith Home Christian Recovery
Located in Cowpens, South Carolina, Faith Home is a Christian centered addiction treatment center for men with substance use disorder. Offering inpatient residential drug and alcohol rehab, counseling, recovery support groups, family services, and aftercare support.
Faith Home has been providing addiction treatment since 1966 and has impacted over 45,000 lives. Located on a 67 acre campus As the largest Christian recovery program in the southeast, Faith home boasts 135 resident beds for men and women impacted by substance use disorders. Its nationally recognized eight week Christian Recovery Program uses a 12 step model of recovery to support residents to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ and use the tools of the 12 step program to become productive members of society. The program includes licensed addiction counseling on an individual and group basis, spiritual counseling, daily bible study, recovery meetings, daily work therapy, weekly Sunday worship, regular exercise, community volunteer service and outreach, and choir outreach services. Amenities include a large campus, weight room, basketball court, volleyball, running and hiking trails, fishing pond, ping pong, healthy meals, and football. Upon graduation, residents can be referred to the transitional sober living community offered by Faith Home.
To gain admission into the Faith Home program, individuals must complete an application and will be drug tested on arrival. It is expected that new intakes have a clean drug test result. The operation at Faith Home is entirely funded through private donations, church partners, resale stores, gifts, and grants. Anyone admitted to the program is not required to pay.
