Their partial hospitalization treatment runs seven days a week for six hours each day. This means 42 hours of group and individual counseling each week. You’ll ideally step down to general outpatient care upon meeting your recovery goals in the intensive outpatient program. The program involves ongoing group therapy, weekly and biweekly individual meetings with your therapist and 12 Step groups like AA or NA. You’ll also submit to regular drug testing and periodic check-ins by phone. They may refer you to other community resources such as job training, family therapy or medical care through their case management.
