Sarpy County Diversion Services are based out of Papillion, Nebraska. They offer addiction and behavioral health services for people of all ages, as well as co-occurring disorder services. These are general outpatient programs. Diversion programs are pre-trial alternatives to criminal charges stemming from mental health or addiction.
