Delaware Health and Social Services provides psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment to adults. Their main office is located in New Castle, Delaware. They partner with local agencies to provide multiple levels of care including residential and detox programs as well as general outpatient programs and medication assisted treatment.

They also offer multiple court related programs for those in the legal system. These programs accept many insurance plans but they also offer free treatment to qualifying individuals through Delaware's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
