About Daybreak Youth Services Outpatient Spokane

Daybreak Youth Services’s outpatient program treats children and young adults with substance abuse issues in Spokane, Washington. Here you’ll choose from counseling, an intensive outpatient program, or educational groups. Family members will be asked to attend treatment sessions.

Two separate intensive outpatient programs are available for teens and young adults. Teens aged 13 through 18 receive treatment for six hours per week. Young adults aged 18 through 24 receive nine hours of treatment per week. During groups, your child will focus on emotional regulation and mindfulness. They’ll also talk about independent living skills and interpersonal effectiveness.

One thing I really like about Daybreak is that they encourage sober activities to ensure the kids are also having fun.

Parents who’ve taken their children to Daybreak Youth Services’ outpatient center say that the facility is caring and goes above and beyond for their children. A person who attended Daybreak as a teenager said that this facility saved her life.
