About Crowleys Ridge Development Council

Crowley’s Ridge Development Council is a community action agency serving Jonesboro, Arkansas. This organization is committed to helping individuals and families to set goals, make good choices, and become successful members of the community. Programs focus on substance abuse, housing security, and crisis management. Inpatient (IP) and outpatient addiction treatment is available for adults and adolescents. Crowley’s also owns two sober living homes in Jonesboro for men and women.

The residential substance abuse treatment program includes individual and group therapy with psychoeducational lectures. You’ll receive around the clock medical care and treatment. In order to be enrolled in this program, you must have a hard time functioning within society and need an inpatient treatment experience. This program can meet the requirements of a mandated treatment service from the state.

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) and the intensive outpatient program (IOP) are offered Monday through Friday with options to attend three to five days per week. Four to five hours of therapy, groups, and lectures are possible each day. Individual counseling sessions are held once a week. The standard outpatient (OP) level of care allows individuals fewer sessions per week, but still includes flexible individual and family counseling.

If you’d like to continue in a sober living environment, they have one male facility and one women’s facility. The longest stay available in the chemical free living centers is six months.

People who’ve received treatment at Crowley’s Ridge Development Council say the staff is kind and polite. Another person said this is an amazing place with the kindest people. Others say the customer service is not the best.
