About Compass Health Network

Compass Health Network has multiple locations across Missouri to provide as many clients as possible with behavioral health care. Their High Ridge location on Gravois Road used to be part of the Comtrea Community Treatment network. They still provide outpatient substance use treatment for adults including medication to treat addictions. Compass accepts insurance and also offers sliding scale discounts.

The first step to getting better is a comprehensive assessment. Following that, you’ll get a recommended treatment plan which may include co-occurring mental health services. Their medication assisted treatment program is delivered by a psychiatrist who can prescribe methadone and provide counseling and other therapies.

At Compass Health Network you can get access to individual, family and codependency counseling. There’s also group counseling and education classes as well as peer support. Peer specialists will share their lived experience and encourage you as you access community meetings to strengthen your recovery. Compass Health Network also offers a range of programs and services for other behavioral health needs.
