About CommQuest Services Alliance Outpatient
CommQuest provides mental health, addiction recovery, and social support services for community members. They offer both inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Their Alliance, Ohio, location is a nondescript outpatient clinic that offers addiction and mental health counseling, case management, psychiatric services and rape crisis. They accept a limited number of Medicare clients.
The first step you’ll take is to have a confidential assessment with a licensed counselor. They’ll work with you to figure out what treatment option is right for you. Another helpful tool in my eyes is that they can provide a work absence excuse if you need one.
What I appreciate most about this clinic is that they have walk-in assessment hours most days of the week. Their services work together to get you robust addiction treatment that is founded on hope and constant support. I’m impressed that they offer traditional services like addiction counseling but also a Mom and Me Recovery and drug-free workplace programs.
CommQuest Alliance is staffed with licensed clinical social workers and counselors that you can work with to manage your addiction. Clients may participate in either individual or group counseling or both. Your recovery plan might include short-term counseling or long-term recovery plans that include medication assisted treatment (MAT). MAT is for folks who are dependent on opiates and need medication as well as counseling to become stabilized.
Another important feature that CommQuest offers is a family support group. Family members of addicts often are overwhelmed with many difficult emotions including guilt, grief, anger and hopelessness. This support group helps loved ones work through their feelings and feel supported.
