About CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine

CleanSlate is an office based opioid treatment center with a location in Richmond, Virginia. This program serves adults with medication assisted treatment and general outpatient services. They also offer alcohol and polysubstance abuse treatment. All plans are individualized to fit your needs. Their program includes specialized pregnancy and postpartum care.

Being able to receive opioid and other substance abuse treatment on an outpatient basis gives you more freedom than in an inpatient or residential program. You'll spend less time away from your daily responsibilities, like work, and get to continue living at home during treatment. CleanSlate also provides telehealth options to help you make appointments when unexpected circumstances might keep you away. They are extremely accommodating to your needs and provide all the support you need to succeed.

To that point, they offer care coordination services, too. I like this because it means they'll collaborate with your other healthcare providers to ensure your needs are being met.

They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
