The substance use disorder services at Centerstone include a full spectrum of care for adolescents and adults, from medically supervised detox, intensive outpatient programs, medication assisted treatment, and residential programs. The treatment program includes 24/7 medical support, comfortable accommodations, evidence based therapies, relapse prevention workshops, individualized recovery plans, recovery coaching and case management, and medication management. Amenities include a fitness center, leisure and recreation facilities, a reading room, all meals, private meditation areas, gardens with fountains, and a team of fully licensed clinicians.
Accredited by the Joint Commission, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Centerstone accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, some commercial insurance plans, and private pay. Other payment options, such as financing, financial aid, and sliding scale payments are available.
