They connect Alabama residents with local resources and can mail naloxone to those who cannot access it locally. Although syringe exchange programs are not permitted in Alabama, NEXT Distro continues to bridge the gap by connecting individuals with essential local resources for support and care.

They also have resources for the safe disposal of medication and illicit drugs and overdose response checklists.
