About CenterPoint Project Treatment Center
CenterPoint Project is an addiction rehab program for adults. It runs out of the J. Glen Smith Health Center in Cleveland, Ohio. They provide assessments, outpatient groups and counseling. They also provide crisis intervention and case management.
They run an intensive outpatient program that gives men and women nine hours of treatment a week. These groups meet through Zoom. Most clients attend 36 sessions over 90 days but you may stay shorter or longer depending on your progress. They also have a non-intensive program.
I like that they have no more than 12 clients for each counselor. This allows each client to get the care and attention that they need. As part of this program you must attend three 12-step meetings in your community each week. You'll take part in random urine screens. I find their case management services exceptional. Instead of having one case manager any staff member can help you. They will eliminate barriers to care and link you to services.
