When you start recovery, you'll be connected to the outpatient facility, Imani House. Located on the main campus, this recovery center provides various outpatient support services to adults and adolescents including intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
You'll undergo an initial thorough evaluation and an individualized treatment plan will be created for you. This treatment plan will go over both treatment and aftercare services you may need. There will also be preventative programs you can tap into to help you maintain the momentum you've gained in treatment.
You'll work with trained and experienced addiction counselors who will help you navigate your triggers and emotional struggles. Counseling happens both in an individual and group setting. There are also family counseling services that can help your loved one build the skills they need to best serve you.
If your circumstances require it, medication assisted treatment using Suboxone is also available. This therapy includes medical screenings and case management services.
I appreciate that once you complete the treatment program here, you’ll get assigned a case manager who can help connect you to additional resources within your community.
