About BrightView Cincinnati Addiction Treatment Center
Brightview Cincinnati Addiction Treatment center is a Joint Commission accredited drug and alcohol treatment center in Cincinnati, Ohio. They provide treatment to individuals who are struggling with dual diagnosis and substance abuse disorders. They offer outpatient treatment with other services including medication assisted treatment (MAT), social support, individual counseling and group therapy. They accept Medicaid and Medicare. Private payment is available if you are uninsured or underinsured.
Their MAT assists individuals primarily struggling with opioid and alcohol dependency. The medications used are Sublocade, Suboxone, Vivitrol and methadone. These options will be discussed with a medical provider and a therapist to identify what is the most appropriate and beneficial medication for you. The medication helps lessen the aftermath of substance abuse like cravings and withdrawals. The medication paired with behavioral and counseling services can help with brain function and the development of a strong foundation for you to continue your journey of healing.
Their peer recovery support specialists are trained professionals who have had the same or similar experiences as you. They can assist with developing recovery plans, provide healthy coping skills and support you. They help motivate you and provide clarity and guidance on ways to manage day to day life without the use of substances and help you develop a healthier lifestyle.
Intensive and traditional outpatient treatment are also available. These help create more flexibility for you to maintain day to day responsibilities while receiving treatment.
A comprehensive assessment will be completed to determine what level of care you need, and a treatment plan will be created. A case manager will be keeping up with you throughout your duration of treatment. They are the point of contact throughout the duration you’re in treatment and can connect you to medical, community and local resources.
Group therapy will be with other peers and a therapist. This is where emotional regulating, anger management, relapse prevention, extra support and accountability can take place. Because you and your peers are on the same journey you can uplift and learn from one another. Group therapy can also strengthen social and communication skills.
