Situated on a seven acre farm, Bridge House has a holistic environment that supports residents in their recovery. Their cultural values based program assists participants in developing life skills critical to achieving and sustaining recovery through skills training, individual, group, and family therapy sessions, relapse prevention groups, and aftercare support. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan. Amenities include a tranquil rural setting surrounded by farmlands, garden areas, and a nursery.

Licensed by the State of Hawaii Department of Health Drug and Alcohol Abuse Division. The Sober Living program fee is $290 per month with a one time $100 admission fee.
