About Aspire Indiana Health

Programming will use curricula like First Steps and SAFE while focusing on important topics like relapse prevention. You’ll receive your personalized and confidential plan with your progress being closely monitored.

While engaging in individual therapy the goal will be to reduce your symptoms and regain functioning within your community. Group therapy will be led by a licensed clinician and give you the chance to give and receive peer support. Counseling sessions will use a combination of approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. For substance abuse, they use relapse prevention therapy and encourage you to develop personal understanding and real-life coping strategies.

It’s important to note your initial intake appointment to assess your diagnosis and treatment plan usually takes between 60 and 120 minutes.
