About Army Substance Abuse Program ASAP Resiliency Center

Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) Resiliency Center is a substance use disorder treatment program for military personnel and their families located in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This program provides free treatment to those who qualify.

Outpatient Program for Military Members

This is an outpatient program aimed at prevention and education about substance abuse. This program provides evidence-based treatment for active duty personnel and civilian employees who need treatment.

If you require a higher level of treatment than they provide or you require detox, you may be referred to another facility or off-site program. I appreciate that this program aligns with the values of the United States Army and is often integrated with the Army wellness program and the behavioral health program. The goal is to make sure that clients in the program are fit for service and to help them address any issues that might be negatively affecting any aspect of their well-being, including substance abuse.

The program offers a supportive and confidential environment. They also may offer private and group counseling, as needed. The Army also gives you military access to resources to help support you physically and mentally.
