Located on a peaceful, green 55-acre campus in Ballwin, MO, Alsana Missouri Ballwin Area RTC is a drug and alcohol rehab and eating disorder center serving adults of all genders. They offer co-occurring disorder treatment with eating disorder recovery care, specializing in ARFID, OSFED, Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia, diabulimia, and trauma.

This is a residential program that consists of compassion-focused support using the Adaptive Care Model. This model has five components including medical care, nutrition counseling, therapy, relational healing, and movement. Residential treatment is made up of 24-hour care, two individual therapy sessions per week, two nutritional counseling sessions per week, an individualized treatment map, staff-supported meals, and post-meal processing, five or six group sessions per day, one psychiatry session per week, and weekend outings to put new skills into practice. This facility also offers vegan-friendly programming and LGBTQ+ affirming treatment.
