About Allen County Community Corrections

Allen County Community Corrections offers a range of mental health and addiction services for adults. These programs are designed for adults who are currently incarcerated or are facing incarceration. They are available as alternative sentencing options or by court order.

Levels of care include a residential program with 230 beds and general outpatient programs. Treatment will also connect you with additional resources as needed based on assessments and interests.

Clients can also receive help with applying for insurance and other aid through ClaimAid. This includes federal and state aid options, including Medicaid.

The residential program has space for men and women. As an alternative to incarceration, clients are supervised 24 hours a day. The program can also include cognitive behavioral therapy sessions. You'll also receive an individualized plan based on your needs and co-developed by an assigned case manager.

Allen County Community Corrections utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Moral Reconation Therapy to promote thought patterns and behavioral change. Multiple programs of varying focuses and lengths are available.

As part of treatment and rehabilitation, you'll also have access to religious services. Men can also participate in a structured religious study group.

Another aspect of this program you may find interesting is that this program offers free transportation to local services. These can include work support programs (as clients are permitted to work while in the residence) and things like healthcare services.

A partnership with Park Center, Inc. can connect you with additional treatment services, including inpatient and outpatient services as well as medication assisted treatment.
