Housing and Transitional Living Programs

With the rapid rehousing program you'll live in your own apartment and receive rent support from YSS for up to a year.

I like these programs because they're so simple but effective. Just having someone to meet with once a week to talk to and have fun with can create positive outcomes for kids who may be struggling. There's also an added element of structure with these recurring meetings.
