All programs combine group therapy with psychoeducation and introduction to community resources. You’ll also develop personalized goals and an aftercare plan. Sessions may cover topics like coping skills, crisis management, and medication education. The outcomes will lead to stabilized mental health symptoms and awareness of your strengths.
A specialized adolescent intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program is available here. You can choose from a variety of counseling approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian counseling, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
