Whiteside Manor is a residential drug rehab center in a historic house in Riverside, California. They offer gender specific programs for men and women that includes medication-assisted treatment, 12 Step principles, and clinical therapy methods. They also have a fitness boot camp track for interested clients.

Whiteside Manor has flexible programs. I like that you can choose a 30, 60, or 90-day program. No matter the length, you’ll receive a custom recovery plan, group and individual counseling, access to nutrition and fitness support, and more.
I like that they focus on specific topics like parenting, life skills, completing the 12 steps and relapse prevention. Staff will work with you to create an aftercare plan to support your long-term recovery.
Healthy recreation is a core part of their treatment at Whiteside Manor. You’ll get to use the exercise equipment and outside space for exercise and recreation. A chef oversees all the meals and you can choose heart-smart and vegetarian fare.
One part of their program that I find unique is their boot camp. If you want to participate in this program, you’ll work with a certified fitness trainer four days a week for one hour. There is no extra cost for this program.
The family program helps the client and their family members heal from the pain of addiction. Family sessions happen two Saturdays a month and include education and process groups. You'll learn about addiction as a disease, process your experience in group therapy, learn how to rebuild the family system and more.
