About Western Tidewater Community Services Board

Western Tidewater Community Services Board operates the Franklin Community Counseling Center, an outpatient substance use and mental health treatment provider.

The center serves adults age 18 and older, plus youth through a treatment program for ages 16 to 25 and an intensive outpatient track for ages 12 to 18 with family engagement.

Pregnant people are prioritized for services within 48 hours, and people who inject drugs are prioritized within 14 days.
