About Walter Hoving Home Garrison

Located in Garrison, New York, Walter Hoving Home is a residential program for women struggling with drug addiction, prostitution, or court cases. This program provides a Biblical foundation and an environment of warmth and support. Treatment focuses on self-esteem and anger that may have caused you to live a destructive lifestyle. The program has a career readiness component and helps you establish a healthy work ethic. Residents can stay between six and 12 months.

This facility is a Tudor-style mansion located on top of a hill across from West Point Military Academy. In addition to the mansion, the campus has five separate staff homes, a large chapel, and an administrative building. This New York home is a ministry of the Adult and Teen Challenge organization. There are also waterfalls and a brook nearby.

Staying here, you’ll experience Bible studies and community support. The program is designed to challenge you and strengthen your Christian life. The goal is to help you heal and repair your life. It’s important to note that this facility does not allow you to bring computers, iPads, or non-Christian books. The focus of the program is discipleship which will help you develop a personal relationship with Jesus Chris.
