About Vitality Center Elko
Vitality Center offers substance use and co occurring mental health treatments in Nevada. Their Elko location provides detox, residential and outpatient programs. I like that they have a program specifically for women and one for adolescents. The women’s house is a separate extension of the residential facility.
Vitality Center also runs transitional housing, low income housing, veteran housing and senior housing.
Affordable substance use treatment in Elko
Vitality Center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and has a sliding scale based on income. Accommodations at this location are dorm room style with multiple residents in a room.
This location gives clients access to group treatment rooms, communal eating and recreation areas, an outdoor volleyball court and a shaded seating area.
As a residential treatment center, clients have access to behavioral health technicians 24 hours a day. I like that each client gets about 53 hours of individual and group sessions each week. Also, the length of stay is determined by the client’s progress and needs.
Informative lecture topics for life
I’m impressed by the huge range of topics that their lectures cover. Residents get access to informative and useful information on topics like problem solving, reducing stress, irrational beliefs and thinking errors, victimology versus vulnerability, The Four Agreements and more.
These classes help residents overcome their previous perspectives so they can create new substance free lives. You’ll learn to set new goals and a build a life that makes you truly happy.
