Located in Loretto, Minnesota, the Vinland National Center is a fully integrated behavioral healthcare facility. Offering inpatient mental healthcare to individuals with cognitive impairments. Plans usually last 45 to 90 days and possible interventions include individual and group therapy, family counseling, recovery based meetings, skill development, education, medication management, occupational therapy, mindfulness, music therapy, adaptive yoga, and peer support. Amenities include a private location overlooking Lake Independence, 24 hour care, gendered programs, a fitness center, walking trails, gardens, and a basketball court.
Vinland National Center Treatment Center is licensed by the state of Minnesota to provide mental health treatment and accredited by the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. Medicare, Medicaid, military insurance, private pay, sliding scale, and commercial insurance plans are accepted. Financial aid and state funding may also be available.
