About Valley Hope of Omaha
Located in Ohama, Nebraska, Valley Hope is a dual diagnosis outpatient treatment center for the local community. Here you’ll choose from either a partial hospitalization program or an intensive outpatient program level of care. These programs are geared toward individuals who are transitioning inpatient addiction treatment back to living at home and reintegrating into society. This facility also offers virtual support for family members of anyone in their programs.
The intensive outpatient program is hosted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 12 weeks. Sessions can be taken during the day or in the evenings. Clinicians will help guide you to recovery through cognitive behavioral therapy and educational programs. After the program finishes you’ll be encouraged to return to the facility to attend a monthly alumni recovery support group.
The partial hospitalization program is a more intensive option offered Monday through Friday for a total of four weeks. The day treatment program is held from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. The evening program is held from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Programs include one meal each day. During treatment sessions you’ll learn mindfulness and other practical coping skills. You’ll learn how to create a daily inventory and a custom relapse prevention plan.
If needed, you’ll be able to access medication assisted treatment as a recovery tool while in treatment here.
