About UM Center for Addiction Medicine (CAM) at Linden Ave

UM Midtown Professional Building is part of the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) campus located in Baltimore, Maryland. The UM Midtown Professional Building provides support to six departments throughout the UMMC campus, including the addiction medicine department. They provide a full spectrum of substance abuse and addiction services for clients. Services they provide include outpatient medically supervised detox, medication assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient treatment, individual counseling, and group counseling.

Specialized services include opioid addiction treatment, rapid intake, and rapid stabilization. UM Midtown Professional Building utilizes methadone, buprenorphine for maintenance programs, and Vivitrol injections when treating opioid and alcohol addiction.

UM Midtown Professional Building accepts self referrals as well as referrals from parole officers, probation officers, Child Protective Services, and the Department of Social Services. Patients who demonstrate need may qualify for financial assistance. UM Midtown Professional Building accepts most major insurance plans.
