Their eight month training program with the goal of helping individuals to restore their relationship with Jesus Christ, develop a strong work ethic, and learn the principles of Christian living. The residential program includes a 24 hour live in working ranch, community service, ministry, repentance of sin, gospel, recovery assignments and essays, Bible studies, group sessions, and other training to maintain recovery. Residents live in bunk houses, receive all meals, and are encouraged to exercise. No psychotropic medications are allowed.

The program costs $3,450 and residents are required to pay rent after 60 days when they start to earn income.
