About Two Rivers Wellness

Two Rivers Wellness is an integrative drug and alcohol rehab for youth and adults in Miles City, Montana. They offer medically supervised ambulatory detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient addiction treatment, and aftercare planning and support. Specialized programming is available for justice-involved persons, minor in possession (MIP) defendants, trauma survivors, persons experiencing grief and loss, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

Clients undergoing outpatient detox receive 24/7 medical supervision and may be prescribed FDA-approved medications to ease withdrawal symptoms and prevent potentially serious complications. Medical and mental health counseling, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management are included. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma-informed, CBT-based psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family counseling. The program prioritizes recovery-focused life-skills training which addresses topics such as coping, self-care, anger and stress management, wellness, disease and medication management, and relapse prevention. Evidence-based complementary care, including EMDR, is available. Two Rivers Wellness is licensed by the state of Montana. Private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay are accepted.
