About Twelve Oaks Recovery Center

Just outside Pensacola, you’ll find Twelve Oaks Recovery Center in Navarre, Florida. This CARF accredited facility provides a wide range of treatment options for adults who are dealing with substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health conditions. They provide special programs for military and veterans and those who have PTSD. Twelve Oaks works with most major insurers including Cigna, TRICARE, BCBS, Beacon and Compsych.

Twelve Oaks is a five-acre campus on the intercoastal waterway of Navarre. The 102-bed campus sits next to a sandy beach for a beautiful place to focus on recovery. During free time you can take a soothing walk on the beach.

They offer medical detox, residential and outpatient treatment options. You’ll get basic medical care and at least one weekly session with a psychiatrist. Family therapy sessions will be booked as needed. You’ll also get weekly individual sessions with your therapist.

A typical day includes morning check ins, individual and group therapy, educational sessions and mediation, as well as recreational and fun activities. In the evenings, there are AA, NA and CA meetings on campus as well as optional process groups that address mental health topics.

Onsite amenities include a rec area, beach volleyball and indoor fitness room. You’ll sleep in dorm-style bedrooms and eat meals in a cafeteria.

Twelve Oaks offers a faith based program for those who would benefit from it. This faith based track meets you where you are and helps guide you toward healing and wholeness. On Sundays, residents can attend a local worship service in Navarre.
