Serving the homeless, WestCare Turning Point Saint Petersburg is an emergency shelter in the commercial area of Saint Petersburg, Florida. They take inebriated adults off the street and provide a safe place for them to sleep. They offer cold night services as an intervention for those who have to sleep on the streets due to homelessness.

While you’re there, staff aim to link you to community resources for help such as recovery support, nutrition, temporary shelter, and the use of bathroom facilities. They may offer supportive counseling, settle them in a transitional living facility, or introduce you to a 12 Step group.
