About Trinty Homeward Bound

Trinity Homeward Bound provides comprehensive, 12 step focused addiction treatment for adults in El Paso, Texas, including crisis intervention, medically supervised detox, medication assisted treatment (MAT) for clients in opioid recovery, and intensive residential, outpatient, and aftercare programming. They also offer specialized services for young adults, Spanish language speakers, LGBTQ+ persons, low income persons, persons with HIV/AIDS, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and case management. They also engage in intensive individual, group, and family counseling drawing on proven psychotherapeutic modalities, including CBT.
