About SummitStone Health Partners — Administrative Office

Summit Stone Health Partners (SSHP) is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. They want you to feel grounded and at ease. They believe people experiencing mental illness and addiction disorders can and do recover. In particular, I’m impressed that SSHP has a history of transforming lives now for over 65 years.

Ease of Services, Stronger Together!

SSHP provides same day access for substance use disorder treatment. This means that you can begin your recovery journey today. These services include Medication Assisted Treatment, substance monitoring, medication evaluation, detox programs, and specialized services for adolescents. Through these treatment options, SSHP strives to empower you to live with greater joy and purpose.

I like how SSHP acknowledges that sometimes co-occurring challenges can exist. To aid in your mental wellness, SSHP offers confidential mental health screenings to determine if you should connect with a behavioral health professional. They also have a 24/7 crisis hotline, a mobile crisis response program to provide you with referrals, clinical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication evaluation, peer support, case management services, and safety planning.

They also have a Behavioral Health Urgent Care and Crisis Stabilization Unit that are open to anyone experiencing a self-defined behavioral health crisis.

Lots of Payment Options

SSHP accepts Medicaid and Medicare. They also feature sliding fee scale options if you’re underinsured or lack insurance.
