Located in Mesa, Arizona, TLC Transitional Living Community - Dana House is an alcohol and drug rehab center that provides addiction treatment to men and women seeking help with their recovery. This treatment is provided through a sober living home. To be accepted, clients must want help. The program does not accept those with TB, sexual offenders, or arsonists. Individuals who are HIV positive are accepted.

TLC Transitional Living Community requires that clients follow house rules. They must agree to drug screenings and participate in four hours of peer counseling each week. The home focuses heavily on the 12 Steps and requires participation from each person living on the property. Clients may also receive Christian counseling services. TLC Transitional Living Community accepts most major medical insurance plans and invites prospective clients to reach out to discuss costs and fees associated with their accommodations.
