Their IOP groups meet three to four days a week for three hours each session. The program is 10 weeks long and because it is an intensive program it is an excellent alternative to inpatient treatment.

In my opinion, this program has many striking features including individual check-ins, a small group setting, mental health evaluations and skill-based learning. They'll also help you with medication management and transition planning. This will make sure you're set up for success when you graduate from the program.
