If you prefer, you can enroll in the PHP while living in structured supportive housing like a halfway house. Their PHP can be an effective alternative to residential treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program for Dual Diagnosis

The Way Home’s IOP is for folks with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. One of the core components of this program is one-on-one therapy with qualified therapists. These individual sessions help you work on your specific challenges and goals. You'll also explore the root cause of your addictions.

You'll also get group therapy as part of your IOP. I think it can be extremely beneficial to be in a supportive environment with your peers so you can learn from one another and build a support network. Trained clinicians will facilitate the sessions and guide the discussions.

Medication Management for Floridians

If you have a dual diagnosis, medication management is crucial to living your best life. Their medical team will evaluate your medication needs and closely monitor how well they’re working. They can make adjustments if needed and support you every step of the way.
