About The River Source Arizona IOP Drug & Alcohol Rehab

The Gilbert Rehab Center of The River Source is located in Gilbert, Arizona. The organization is accredited by The Joint Commission. They’re also members of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers.

Adults are able to receive detox, inpatient and outpatient (OP) treatment at this drug and alcohol rehab center. They do accept insurance. If you do not have insurance, you will have the option for private pay. They also offer financing options.

You will begin your treatment in detox, if needed. The team will help you through your withdrawal symptoms. You will have round the clock medical support and your vitals will also be monitored. If needed, medication assisted treatment is available. Once you're physically better, you will then begin your residential treatment.

During your residential treatment, you’re going to have the same access to care as you did while in detox. I like that you do not need to worry about taking daily essentials, as they will provide that for you.

You are going to be in a semi private shared bedroom. I do like that each room does have its own private bathroom. Your room is going to be clean and well kept. They will prepare three fully cooked meals a day. Vending machines are available and you’ll have access to snacks.

They created plenty of open spaces, both inside and outside. The laundry facility is onsite and free. You’ll have access to fitness and exercise equipment, an arcade and board games. They do allow smoking, therefore they have designated smoking areas.

What stood out to me is all the outdoor recreational activities they have. If you like to run, there is a quarter mile outdoor track. You are able to go hiking, play outdoor basketball and they have a sand volleyball court. They even have frisbee golf!

Once you complete your residential treatment program, they have step down care available. Their outpatient program offers a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program.
