About The Recovery Team
Recovery Team is a private substance abuse and dual diagnosis recovery center in Delray Beach, Florida. Their programs use a combination of traditional and experiential therapies to treat adults. Levels of care include residential and partial hospitalization programs and intensive and general outpatient programs. Transitional living support through sober living houses is also available.
Special programs are available for veterans and first responders. Recovery Team offers a holistic spirituality program for those looking for treatment rooted in the 12 Steps program. Recovery Team accepts some forms of insurance as well as self pay options.
Their facility boasts several amenities to help you recover. There’s an activity room and an outdoor pool. An open floor plan allows for fellowship, and you can play volleyball and basketball with your peers.
The obvious advantage of the Recovery Team's program is how accommodating it is. Whether you need the close supervision and security of a residential program or have the stability to balance treatment with living at home in outpatient care, they can accommodate you. This also means you can go through all levels of care in one location if that interests you. The benefit of this is that you'll already be familiar with staff and aspects of the program as you transition from one level of care to another.
Recovery Team also offers a family treatment program. It recognizes that addiction impacts those closest to you and that they may need help recovering from their own traumas. It's also an opportunity for them to learn how they can better support your ongoing recovery.
One thing I really like about Recovery Team is their number of experiential therapies, like yoga and VR therapy. You can get a massage or see their chiropractors. These options are typically used in conjunction with traditional talk therapy but can add a new dimension to recovery for those who are struggling to make progress. These new avenues can give you new perspectives on recovery, even if you've been through a program before. You may find these options appealing if feel talk therapy alone hasn't been enough for you.
