If you are needing detox, the length you are in the program will vary per person. Your length of stay in detox is determined by your substance use of choice and the length of time you have been dependent on drugs and/or alcohol.

During your stay in the detox unit, their team will develop a nutritional plan for you. As your body absorbs the nutrition from the healthy foods and expels the toxins, your cravings will lessen. Once you have completed detox, you can begin residential treatment.

Their residential treatment has a minimum 30 day length of stay. You’ll meet with their certified counselors to determine the services and therapies that will be the most beneficial to you. Your treatment plan will be customized to your needs.

On average, you will attend four group therapy sessions per day. Weekly, you can expect to attend two to three individual counseling sessions.

You will be in a structured environment that provides you with round the clock support. I do like that you will be drug tested at your arrival. You will also be drug tested regularly during your time in the program to ensure your sobriety.

If you have a co-occurring mental health disorder you will be able to receive treatment. They use an integrated approach. You will be treated by the same team simultaneously.

Their program is an at will program, so you are allowed to leave at any point in your treatment. They believe treatment will not work if you do not want to be there.
