You’ll work on better communication skills, find ways to not assign blame or give way to negative emotions, and grow stronger as a family.

There’s also equine assisted therapy and access to a personal trainer and recovery manager. There's also a trauma based approach to care allowing you to navigate traumatic experiences in your past with a professional who can help you understand those complex emotions.
