Partners took over some services from TEAM Wellness and Prevention, a nonprofit in Fort Collins, Colorado. Partners works with adolescents and families who are at-risk from addiction use disorders. They have education awareness programs and mentorships available. If you need clinical care, they’ll refer you to their partners.

Partners provides educational resources for kids and their families. They have a camp that can help your children make better decisions and find healthy solutions when facing their problems. They also have volunteer mentors in schools, communities, and with their partners at Nexus. There’s also assistance specifically for Spanish speakers.

As an educator, I appreciate that this organization has programs centered around youths who might fall through the cracks. Children and adolescents were connected to age appropriate and meaningful assistance to make them feel valued without having to use drugs. That way, they won’t become mired in the long and costly pitfalls of drug abuse.

Levels of Care

Outpatient Rehab

During outpatient rehab in Colorado, you will attend counseling sessions but live at home while you receive treatment. You will be required to attend groups such as AA or NA to receive additional support. The length of time in outpatient rehab varies by individual, based on their recovery journey.

Aftercare & Alumni Program

A Colorado aftercare rehab program provides continued support such as counseling, career guidance, and budgeting assistance. The goal is to give you the support you need to prevent relapse. Some people remain in aftercare for a few weeks or months, while others continue for a year or more.
