About TCN Behavioral Health Services

Serving the community of Xenia, Ohio, TCN Behavioral Health is an outpatient clinic providing mental health and substance abuse treatment. If you’re experiencing addiction, they offer standard and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs as well as a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Medication assisted treatment (MAT) and continuing care are also a part of treatment at this facility. Using a harm reduction approach, they help with counseling and overdose education as well as treatment strategies.

TCN’s goal is to meet every person where they are with a non-judgmental and empathetic stance. Each treatment plan is highly individualized and will take into consideration any mental health disorders that may impact your recovery work. There are four levels of outpatient care to choose from.

The partial hospitalization program is the most intensive level of care and includes comprehensive treatment and medical monitoring services during the day. There are gender specific therapy groups and you’re invited to stay in TCN transitional housing.

The intensive outpatient program meets around three times per week and focuses on education about substance abuse. Therapy sessions will also address relapse prevention and basic recovery skills.

The standard outpatient’s level one is for people who have experienced some consequences from substance use. This group is designed to give substance abuse education and encourage you to make healthier decisions concerning substance use. The standard outpatient level two group is for people evaluating their relationship with substances. This group includes education and intervention, while you learn healthy coping skills.
