Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Talbert House is an integrated social service organization providing mental health and addiction support to women and children in southern Ohio. Offering residential, outpatient drug and alcohol rehab, mental health outpatient, court and corrections diversion program support, community care, outreach, court treatment, driver intervention programs, mental health assessments, prevention, veteran programs, and support housing.
Talbert House – Passages for Young Women is a residential program for female youth, aged 12 to 17 with mental health, behavioral, or addiction challenges. Services are centered around an evidence based model of care and include assessment, individualized treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family counseling, medication management, care coordination, case management, life skills development, recovery groups, relapse prevention, grief, and criminality. Talbert House - Passages for Young Women is run by psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and counselors to support stabilization, symptom management, and health improvement. Following successful treatment, youth are encouraged to engage in outpatient care and home based services to support long term recovery.
Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, reflecting high standards of care. Talbert House accepts Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance plans, and self pay. Other payment options, such as sliding scale payments are also available.
